Incorrect Address:

We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing destination information. We double-check your shipping details during the order confirmation to avoid errors.

Marked as Delivered:

If an item is marked as delivered by your country's postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, etc.) but has not arrived, please contact your local post office. You will need to provide us with a formal affidavit of a lost, stolen, or undelivered package. After we receive this, we will work to send you a replacement order.

If your order arrives in your country and:

  • You refuse to accept the package.
  • No delivery attempt is made in the destination country.

We reserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not provide a refund.
