At Kitkoss, we want you to shop with complete peace of mind. We understand that ordering online can feel uncertain, so we’re here to assist you from start to finish. While we hope you love your items as much as we do, we also understand that in some cases you might need to return something. We're here to make the process as smooth as possible for you.
Cancellations:
You can cancel your order for free within 6 hours of placing it and receive a full refund. After this period, the order begins processing and cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel within the allowed timeframe, please contact us immediately at contact@kitkoss.com.
Refunds:
We offer a 30-day hassle-free money-back guarantee.
If your product is defective, damaged during shipping, or if we shipped you the wrong size, just let us know with photos, and we will either send you a replacement or issue an instant refund. If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your product, contact us to arrange a return.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges or discounts, within 5 - 7 business days once we receive the returned item. For security reasons, refunds cannot be issued to a different card.
Please note, we cannot process refunds or exchanges after 30 days from the date of receipt.

Return/Refund Shipping Costs:
Refunds are for the full item price; however, shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, we will resolve the issue immediately. Please provide photos or videos of the damage via our Support Desk, and depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a full refund.
Note that color discrepancies may occur due to device display settings, but we do our best to ensure accurate product images on our website.
Address Errors:
Double-check your shipping address when placing an order. If you’ve entered an incorrect address, moved, or need to change the size/color/style after receiving your shipping confirmation, we are unlikely to accommodate the changes or offer a refund. If you spot an error immediately, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to assist.
Marked as Delivered:
If an item is marked as delivered by the postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, etc.) but hasn’t arrived, you must contact the local post office and provide us with a formal affidavit of a lost or stolen package. Once we receive this, we may send you a replacement order. Please note, refunds will not be issued in this case.

Delayed Orders:
While we aim to deliver all orders within the outlined timeframe, delays may occur occasionally. If your order is still trackable and in transit, we cannot issue a refund or cancel the order. However, we’re committed to resolving any delayed orders on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have concerns regarding your tracking information, and we’ll provide further details.
Late or Missing Refunds via Credit Card:
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Sometimes, it takes time before the refund appears on your account. If you've done this and still have not received the refund, please contact us at contact@kitkoss.com.
